Any of these actions shall indicate your express agreement to the following terms and conditions.The Central Type WebFont Software licensed under this Agreement and its inherent digital, device-readable, scalable data is supplied to you by Central Type for USAGE ONLY, and remains the intellectual property of Central Type and/or the Designer of the Font Software (hereafter referred to as "Designer").Central Type reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this license Agreement. Please thoroughly and carefully read through this Agreement before purchasing, downloading, installing or using the WebFont Software. If the Licensed End User (hereafter referred to as "You") refuses to accept a contractual obligation through this license agreement, you are not permitted to access, use or download the Central Type WebFont Software. THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT Version 1.0 January, 2022 This EULA governs Webfont licenses purchased from Central Type, hereafter referred to as Licensed Webfont(s). Central Type simply provides the files "as is," and is not responsible for tech and/or design support. You are responsible for hosting the files, and referring to them with code that you administer. So, for example, when you buy a webfont you’ll get 50 off of the same font.
We even offer an additional discount when you buy multiple license types together. This makes it easy to extend your brand and designs across platforms. We sell desktop, web, digital ads, mobile app, ePub, and server fonts. (Or an estimate thereof if six months are not yet available.)Central Type WebFonts are made available in the following file formats: WOFF2, WOFF and are generated from the latest version of the desktop font. Select a font license based on your needs. (You only need to pay the difference.) Traffic should be based on a six-month average of stats. You are responsible for upgrading your license, should your site come to reflect higher monthly pageviews.
There are no subscriptions, no re-occurring fees, and no tracking. Central Type WebFonts are licensed based on monthly pageviews, for a one-time fee.
